Messy Massage Class – Cyan Studios

FASHION FILM • Moving textiles •
CPH. DENMARK • 22nd - 27th OF JUNE, 2015

Messy Massage Class was nominated for Nick Knight’s SHOWstudio Fashion Film Award (2016), for the Copenhagen Fashion Film Awards (2016) and for the Best Styling Award at Fashion Film Festival Milano (2016).

Messy Massage Class by Cyan Studios is a fashion film for the F/W collection 2016 by Danish fashion designer and installation artist Henrik Vibskov. The film shows a number of unidentifiable bodies moving together in duos, trios or individually. Like Vibskov's animated design style - his use of patterns, colour and form - the choreography attempts to bring to life the qualities of his textiles. The result created a collection of awkward characters relating to each other, but never really finding common ground.
